Terms and Conditions

Provisional reservations may be made by emailing enquiries@haye-farm.co.uk or telephoning 01299 403371. We must receive written confirmation on a Booking Form not later than 7 days afterwards.

The owner shall not be under any liability in contract until a signed Booking Form and deposit has been received and confirmed in writing by the owner

Cheques should be made payable to S. Norgrove. The owner reserves the right to delay acceptance of bookings to allow for clearance of cheques

The balance is payable not later than one month prior to the date of arrival. Failure to make the balance payment on time means the owner is at liberty to treat the booking as cancelled

Charges are per bed you will need to book all beds in a room to guarantee not having to share with others

Lettings are on a nightly basis, from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure 

Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible by arrangement

The hirer will be liable to all costs and fees as a result of any delayed departure

Bed linen is not included but it can be hired at an additional cost. Please advise when booking

The hirer shall be responsible to ensure that the owner is notified immediately of any damage or loss and to pay for the cost of replacement or repair

All minors must be accompanied by an adult who's signed a booking form on their behalf

No pets allowed except guide dogs

The barn is not a suitable venue for noisy late night parties

The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy as found on arrival
