Tzatziki

Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber 
- 250g natural yogurt 
- 6 fresh mint leaves 
- 2 cloves of garlic 
Method:
- Peel the cucumber and grate it. 
- Place the grated cucumber into a sieve. Hold it over the sink and squeeze out the water. Try to remove as much liquid as possible so your dip isn’t watery. 
- Place the grated cucumber into a bowl and add the yogurt. Crush the garlic into the bowl. Chop the mint leaves and add those too. 
- Mix it all together and enjoy. This goes really well with other Greek style foods or a barbeque. Try it with a lamb burger, Greek salad or grilled veggie skewers.
